Site content is general information and is not tailored cybersecurity, legal, regulatory or compliance advice. Risks and outcomes depend on systems, configurations, users and changing threats. We do not promise that site information or a described service will identify, prevent or remedy every threat, or make an organisation completely secure or compliant.

3. Service enquiries and engagements

Sending an enquiry or requesting a consultation does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Any engagement will have a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, fees, timings, assumptions, responsibilities, data handling and liability. That agreement takes priority for the relevant services.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the site to break the law; infringe rights; introduce malware; attempt unauthorised access; scan or test security without prior written authorisation; disrupt operation; impersonate others; submit misleading information; send unsolicited messages; or commercially exploit content without permission. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the site or others.

Unless stated otherwise, the site and its content are owned by or licensed to HAWKAI LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal use or internal business reference. No right to use our names, logos or trade marks is granted.

7. Availability and security
